Turkey is currently rubbing shoulders with UAE (Dubai) and South Africa as the most visited countries by Ghanaians.

Ghanaians love to travel to explore business opportunities and as such, any country that relaxes its visa requirements or procedures for Ghanaian passport holders receives a considerable increase of tourist arrivals from Ghana. Ghanaian businessmen have also accepted Turkey as the hub for quality clothes and furniture. This has also made the country the preferred business destination for Ghanaian businessmen.

The Turkish Embassy in Ghana has also simplified the visa application process to make it easier for people to obtain visas for Turkey.
