ITB Berlin is setting new standards with its Travel Technology segment and will again be the global hub for technological innovations in the travel industry. From 4 to 6 March 2025 in Berlin, the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show will feature more wide-ranging and international displays and exhibitors from over 40 countries. In six halls – 5.1, 6.1, 7.1c, 8.1, 9, and 10.1 – visitors can look forward to the full spectrum of technological solutions, while the popular eTravel Stage will again feature an impressive program of panel discussions, keynote speeches, and presentations.

In Halls 5.1 and 6.1 the focus is on prominent industry giants such as Amadeus and Sabre. In addition, there will be a booth from Travelsoft, which also features the company’s ATCORE Technology and traffic. Returning after several years is Ypsilon.net. Hotel software solutions are on show in Halls 7.1c, 10.1, and 8.1, with additional displays in Hall 9. Hall 6.1 is once again the main place to find startups and innovations, among them Startup Turismo from Italy, ICEX Espana, and Business France, along with numerous co-exhibitors. This year’s ITB Berlin above all sees a rise in exhibitors with eSim, AI, and payment products. The global payment company VISA and Stripe, a complete payment package for online companies, are exhibiting at ITB Berlin in Hall 10.1 for the first time in 2025.

In addition to topics such as AI, this year there is also a special focus on automation. New exhibitors include Casablanca.ai, Aphy.com, and other providers who are presenting AI-based applications for improving hospitality personnel management (home bots, etc.).

Another trend is housekeeping technologies, with Sweeply (Hall 10.1) and Flexkeeping (Hall 7.1c), for example, presenting digital tools and software solutions for improving the efficiency of hotel management and room cleaning processes.

In addition, many exhibitors are focusing on customer relationship management (CRM), booking efficiency, and direct booking solutions, which are on display across all the tech halls.

For the first time, ITB Berlin is offering a guided tour of the Technology Halls for visitors interested in specific technology innovations. The tour, which includes four to six exhibitors and offers insights into fascinating tech developments, is titled ’Future Ready with Tech Innovations’.

The ITB Innovators are entering their third round this year and previewing future trends, including many tech innovations, ranging from software solutions and benchmarking services to hotels, eSim products, and virtual assistants.

In 2025 the focus is also on networking: tech fans can meet and exchange views in the Travel Tech Café powered by GIATA (Hall 5.1.) and the eTravel Lounge powered by Travelport (Hall 6.1.).
