Anticipation Builds as Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Challenge Finalists Set to Be Revealed

Following the closure of the 7^th Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Challenge submissions, over 150 African young change-makers are anxiously waiting to be selected as finalists for the 2025 Challenge. The top three finalists will be announced at the 7^th Summit.

Finalists of the Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Challenge will be enrolled into the Africa Tourism Innovation Hub (ATIH) which is situated at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the Namibia University of Science and Technology. ATIH aims to accelerate the growth and sustainability of travel and tourism technology start-up companies and entrepreneurship. Finally, finalists will be introduced to potential global funders, mentors and partners to present their projects and secure the necessary business support.

This Summit is scheduled to take place from June 24 to June 27, 2025, in Nairobi, Kenya. Meanwhile, registrations to participate at the Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Summit are still underway.
