The registration period for DV 2023 is October 6, 2021, to November 9, 2021. This registration is for the 2023 fiscal year which begins in October 2022 and ends in September 2023. What this means is that selectees cannot be issued visas until October 2022 to September 2023.

I am Talib Hussein Ahmadi from Parwan province, Sarkhparsa district. Parwan is one of

the provinces that has always been popularly trained against the Islamic Emirate group

and will always continue its struggle against this group. I was one of the members of the

popular uprising in this province against the Taliban and I was fighting to save the lives

of my people and their families. But unfortunately, in one of the attacks of this group that

was carried out against us, I also lost my hearing. After a while, because we were being

persecuted by this terrorist group, we migrated to Kabul province after this group captured

all the provinces, including Kabul. They started gathering people affiliated with the

popular and governmental uprisings, and I am currently in serious danger of this terrorist

group. And most of all, this group is looking for religious minorities, including the

Hazaras, who have served in the popular uprising and the security forces. I urge the

Government of Canada to address this issue.

Hello good morning My name is Talib Hussein I am deaf I am from Afghanistan I have a problem with Afghanistan War on terrorism Please I will process the documents to get them outside of Canada
