Your project could range from leading a campus organization that aligns with UN goals, student journalism focusing on SDGs, running a social enterprise, conducting research that advances UN objectives, or proposing a collective action project on campus or community-wide.
As an applicant, you can also express interest in becoming one of the two campus directors, responsible for curating the Fellowship experience on your campus. To apply, submit a detailed project plan that meets the Fellowship’s requirements and fill out the online application form for the Millennium Fellowship.
The program structure and benefits include convening in at least eight sessions on campus, utilizing the MCN Action Toolkit to enhance your leadership skills and apply the curriculum to your project; planning sessions, engaging in peer feedback, and taking part in collective actions like sustainability initiatives; and completing your project to earn a certificate of recognition from UNAI and MCN.
