1. Surgeons: 4157 workers with an annual salary of A$457,281
2. Anesthetists: 3461 workers with an annual salary of A€A$426,894
3. Financial dealers: 4761 workers with an annual salary of A$341,798
4. Internal medicine specialists: 10055 workers with an annual salary of A$334,267
5. Psychiatrists: 3071 workers with an annual salary of A$270,412
6. Other medical practitioners: 28947 workers with an annual salary of A$251,722
7. Mining engineers: 9127 workers with an annual salary of A$198,178
8. Judicial or other legal professionals: 4025 workers with an annual salary of A$193,388
9. Chief Executive Managing directors or (CEO): 224015 workers with an annual salary of A$177,508
10. Financial investment managers or advisors: 20268 workers with an annual salary of A$169,608

Healthcare professionals stand out in this list, with surgeons and anesthetists topping the chart. Surgeons in Australia receive a whopping annual salary of A$457,281. Anesthetists are also handsomely compensated, with an annual salary of A$426,894.
