Are you looking to optimize your salary and enjoy added benefits or allowances in your job? Many people find this to be complex and are unsure where to start. While you might be earning a high salary in your own country, there are three countries where workers in your profession are making even higher salaries, enjoying high living standards, and receiving various perks. These countries are Estonia, Canada, and Iceland. I will provide details on their work visas and the opportunities they offer.

First on the list is Estonia, which has a high number of approved work visa applications due to the availability of high-paying jobs. To apply for an Estonian work visa, you’ll need to have an EU blue card, which can be requested from the Estonian embassy or the police & border guard board service.

Estonia is currently facing skill shortages in healthcare, ICT, teaching, managerial, and law sectors, while there is a surplus of workers in manufacturing, construction, and transportation fields.

Canada is also a top destination for skilled workers, with various immigration programs offering high-paying job opportunities. The federal express entry program, Atlantic immigration program, Quebec immigration program, Toronto immigration program, and Experience class immigration program are some of the options you can explore to obtain a work visa for Canada.

Iceland is another welcoming country for foreigners seeking work opportunities. Citizens of Schengen/EU countries do not need to obtain Iceland’s work visa, as they are permitted to start a job in Iceland under the Schengen law. US citizens can enter Iceland for up to six months on a tourist visa, while citizens of other countries will need to obtain a work visa to legally work in Iceland.

Overall, if you are seeking to maximize your salary, benefits, and overall work experience, these three countries provide excellent opportunities for skilled workers. Explore the work visa options in Estonia, Canada, and Iceland to start your international career journey.
