Historic Transaction

Notably, Tampines witnessed a significant milestone in its HDB transactions.

An executive maisonette located on the 10th to 12th storey at Block 856D Tampines Street 82 was sold for $1.013 million.

This marked the first million-dollar HDB transaction in Tampines, highlighting the evolving real estate landscape within the town.
