The Eiffel Scholarships target exceptional international students, offering opportunities for Master’s and Doctoral degrees at French academic institutions. Young global leaders are the primary focus, with age requirements determining eligibility: candidates up to 25 years from developing nations for Master’s programs, and up to 30 years from both developing and industrialized countries for PhD programs.

Financial support for the Eiffel Scholarship includes a monthly allowance of €1,181 for Master’s students, along with benefits such as international and local travel, insurance, housing aid, and access to cultural activities. Doctoral candidates receive a higher monthly stipend of €1,700, along with similar benefits. It’s important to note that the scholarship does not cover tuition fees.

The 2024 Eiffel Scholarships offer a diverse array of study areas and degree levels, including Science and Technology (Biology and Health, Ecological Transition, Mathematics and Digital, and Engineering Sciences) and Humanities and Social Sciences (History, French Language and Civilization, Law and Political Science, Economics, and Management). Degree levels vary from Master’s Degree Program to Engineering Program and Joint Doctoral Program, each with its specific focus.

The duration of the Eiffel Scholarship programs also varies, with Master’s level programs ranging from 12 to 36 months and Doctoral studies ranging from 6 to 36 months.

To apply for the 2024 Eiffel Scholarship, the initial step involves contacting the International Relations office at the French university or school of interest to inquire about their specific application procedures and important deadlines. If the institution nominates the applicant, they will guide them in filling out the Eiffel scholarship application form and submit it on their behalf. The application deadline for the Eiffel Scholarship is January 10th, 2024. For more information, visit the CampusFrance website.
