The 2024-2025 IsDB Scholarship Program for international students will open soon for applications. However, many students may not have the necessary documents ready at the time of application. This article is intended to help international students prepare their documents in time to apply for the scholarships offered by IsDB for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The IsDB Scholarship 2024-2025 is a fully-funded opportunity for international students, covering various academic levels, including undergraduate, master’s, Ph.D., and post-doctoral studies. The scholarship comes with a monthly allowance, full tuition coverage, medical support, and a travel allowance.
The Islamic Development Bank, based in Saudi Arabia, has been promoting knowledge sharing and innovation since 1983 through the IsDB Scholarship Program. The program aims to welcome and support students from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their country of origin or gender.
The IsDB Scholarship Program is open to students from all around the world, including those from IsDB member countries and the global Muslim community. The scholarships cover different academic levels, from undergraduate to postdoctoral research, with a focus on “Sustainability Science” to support important global goals.
The following are the four fully-funded IsDB Scholarships that will be offered to international students in 2024-2025:
1. IsDB Scholarship Programme for Muslim Communities in Non-Member Countries (SPMC)
2. Merit Scholarship Programme for High Technology (MSP) for IsDB Member Countries
3. Master of Science Scholarship Programme (M.Sc.) for IsDB Least Developed Member Countries
4. IsDB-ISFD Scholarship Programme for IsDB Least Developed Member Countries (LDMCs)
To apply for the IsDB Scholarship, students must follow the steps and prepare the required documents for the relevant IsDB scholarship type they wish to apply for in the next session. The deadline to submit the application is April 30, 2024.
Additionally, there is no application fee for IsDB scholarships, and the review of applications is free. Students need to have scanned copies of their documents ready and submit them on the IsDB scholarship portal.
