Emirates Airline offers its passengers some baggage allowance. Baggage allowance is based on either the total amount of weight or on how many pieces of luggage travellers carry onboard. With Emirates, the weight concept applies to most routes whereas the piece concept applies only on flights to and from the Americas, and from Africa.
Emirates Luggage allowance depends on destination, travel fare and class. With the weight concept, allowance is based on the total weight of all your baggage.
Passengers can check-in as many bags as possible provided it does not exceed the weight limit for luggage allowance of patronized class. Each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg for economy, 40kg for Business class, 50kg for First Class.
Below is a list of other packages for baggage allowance.
- 25 kg in Economy Special for flights between UAE and India.
- 30 kg in Economy Saver for journeys originating Australia and New Zealand for tickets issued on or after 26 November 2019.
