Registration is now open for the 2025 edition of World Travel Market (WTM) London, taking place from November 4 to 6, 2025, at ExCeL London exhibition centre. With plans already underway to make this the largest edition in its history, the global travel and tourism industry is gearing up for another unmissable event.

Last year’s event witnessed an 11% increase in qualified buyers and over 34,000 meetings, setting a new benchmark for engagement. WTM London 2025 aims to surpass these figures, offering expanded exhibition space, upgraded content offerings, and enhanced business opportunities for both exhibitors and attendees.

Major Expansion, New Features

As ExCeL London undergoes continued development, WTM London will expand its footprint by an impressive 25,000 square metres, allowing for greater participation across all sectors of the travel industry – from destinations and transport to accommodation, technology, and immersive travel experiences.

One of the most anticipated additions this year is the WTM Trend Fest, a cultural showcase featuring live performances, themed activations, and daily presentations designed to bring global travel experiences to life on the show floor.

Also debuting in 2025 is WTM TV, a dedicated media platform designed to educate, inform, and connect global audiences throughout the three-day event.

Reimagining Travel in a Changing World

WTM London will carry a unifying theme across its six conference tracks: “Reimagining travel in a changing world.” This central focus aims to drive consistent and thought-provoking dialogue around the challenges and innovations shaping the future of global travel.

To complement the expanded floor and stage capacity, WTM will introduce bookable masterclasses, offering in-depth learning sessions hosted by experts and exhibitors. These fee-based sessions will provide hands-on insights into emerging trends and practical strategies for travel professionals.

Flagship Summits Return

Several headline events are already confirmed to return, including:

  • The Ministers’ Summit at WTM

  • Sustainability Summit

  • Geo-economics Summit

  • Marketing Summit

  • WTM Global Travel Report

  • ITT Future You Forum

These sessions are expected to attract high-level delegates and thought leaders from across the globe, building on last year’s 29% increase in conference attendance.

How to Register

Travel professionals, media, and industry stakeholders are encouraged to register early to secure their spots at what promises to be a record-breaking event.
