Austria has Honorary Consulate in Ghana, not an embassy. The Austrian Embassy in Abuja is in charge of Ghana and issues National Visas and legalisation of documents for Ghanaian citizens and issues Passports for Austrians living in Ghana.
In terms of Schengen Visa applications, Austria is represented in Ghana by the Netherlands Embassy.
