The Embassy of Angola in Nouakchott, Mauritania would have been the diplomatic representation of Angola in Mauritania to protect the interests of Angola in Mauritania, protect and provide support for Angolans in Mauritania, and issue visas to Mauritanians and legal residents of Mauritania travelling to Angola. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Embassy of Angola in Mauritania.
As the official representation of Angola, the Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It would have also represented Angola’s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
