Kenya Airways Fleet: Planes used by Kenya Airways

Kenya Airways owns a fleet of 40 planes. The airline has completed payments for 3 aircraft through a financing arrangement and the airline continues to pay for another 17 aircraft.

Kenya Airways for a period was known for the patronage of aircraft such as Douglas, Airbus, Fokker and McDonnell Douglas. However, its current fleet is primarily Boeing models and some Embraer.

Kenya Airways currently uses four (4) Boeing 737-700 passenger planes.

The airline uses eight (8) Boeing 737-800 planes

3. Boeing 777-300ER

Three (3) Boeing 777-300ER planes.

4. Boeing 787-8

Eight (8) Boeing 787-8 planes.

5. Embraer 190AR

Kenya Airways has fifteen (15) Embraer 190AR.

Kenya Airways is the official and flag carrier of Kenya. It was established after the dissolution of the East African Airways in the year 1977.
