Choice of hotel
Stay closer to the falls. All the activities take place at walking distance from the falls. So staying far from the falls means spending so much on transportation. When selecting a hotel, filter the results to show hotels closer to the waterfalls.

Avoid taxis
After staying closer to the falls, avoid taxis. You can walk to all the attractions at Victoria Falls. There are a lot of eating places around but when you find yourself in a taxi, the driver will take you to a faraway restaurant.
Avoid agents
Try as much as possible to avoid agents when booking activities. Agents add commissions that you can save when you book directly with the service providers or at the attraction site.
