Hydra took second place as the destination where travelers can spend a long weekend with the art crowd. Protected by conservation orders, this car-free island is a haven for the art crowd. Hydra is a hub of creativity and attracts stylish Greeks looking for relaxation and a chance to be seen, despite its limited beaches. Visitors can enjoy crystal clear waters and vibrant coastal scenes.

Sifnos was chosen as a culinary delight in a timeless setting. Famed for its gastronomic heritage, Sifnos offers a unique culinary experience with traditional dishes like revitháda (baked chickpeas) and Marcelo (lamb with red wine and dill) slow-roasted in wood-fired ovens. Sifnos strikes the perfect balance between understated luxury and unspoiled originality.

In fourth place, Santorini secured its spot as a romantic haven for honeymooners. The iconic caldera, formed by a volcanic explosion 3,500 years ago, sets the stage for a breathtaking romantic getaway. Black-sand beaches, vertiginous cliffs, and exceptional Assyrtiko grapes await exploration.

As a destination known for its cultural assets and off-season beauty, Syros ranks fifth. The capital of the Cyclades, Syros stands out with its colorful 19th-century city of Ermoupoli and rich cultural heritage. The town hosts festivals and offers a cultural retreat away from the crowds, perfect for off-season exploration.
