Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship, applicants must be citizens of a country on the List of Countries Eligible for the scholarship, not be nationals or overseas students of Taiwan, meet the admission requirements of their chosen Taiwanese university, comply with Taiwan’s visa and resident permit regulations, not hold any other ROC government-sponsored scholarship in the same academic year, and submit the highest-level diploma before the specified deadline.

Application Process:
The application process for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship involves filling out an online application, submitting necessary documents to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy or Representative Office in the applicant’s country, undergoing a review and recommendation process, a joint recruitment committee review, and applying separately to the chosen universities.

Application Deadline:
Interested applicants can submit their online admission application for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship before March 15, 2024.
