To be eligible for University of Warwick scholarships, applicants must be enrolled in the first year of a PhD or MPhil/PhD at Warwick as of October 2024, have ‘overseas’ fee status, and be from any academic discipline at Warwick. It’s important to note that scholarships cannot be deferred to the next academic year.

The application schedule consists of a course application deadline of 12 December 2023, scholarship application deadline of 14 December 2023, and a supporting document deadline of 9 January 2024.

Read the Applicant Guidance Notes and PGR Ranking Criteria, submit the course application and upload supporting documents, wait for an automated email with a 7-digit ID number, and register your ITS applicant account. Scholarship results will be communicated via email by early March 2024, and applications for the 2024/25 academic year are currently open.
