These observation wheels, each a symbol of their city’s skyline, draw tourists and locals alike, offering an elevated perspective on the urban landscapes they call home.

London Eye

Standing proudly on the banks of the River Thames, the London Eye reaches a height of 135 meters (443 feet).

With 32 capsules, each capable of accommodating 25 passengers, the London Eye has become an integral part of London’s iconic skyline and a must-visit attraction for those exploring the UK capital.

Singapore Flyer

On the other side of the world, the Singapore Flyer stands taller, reaching a majestic height of 165 meters (541 feet).

Comprising 28 spacious capsules, each accommodating up to 28 passengers, the Singapore Flyer graces the skyline of Singapore and offers a panoramic journey through the city’s vibrant landscapes.

The Faceoff

In the showdown between the two giants, it’s evident that the Singapore Flyer claims victory in terms of height.

Topping out at 165 meters, it surpasses the London Eye’s 135 meters.

Additionally, while the London Eye boasts a greater number of capsules (32), each with a capacity of 25 passengers, the Singapore Flyer’s larger capsules ensure a comfortable and immersive experience for up to 28 passengers per capsule.
