The project, completed at a cost of approximately SGD 600 million which is $441 million in USD, showcases a harmonious fusion of creativity and engineering.

The Esplanade stands proudly on 6 hectares of prime waterfront land at Marina Bay, making it a significant cultural landmark in Singapore’s civic district.
Boasting a 1,600-seat Concert Hall, a 2,000-seat Theatre, and a Recital Studio, the center offers a diverse range of performances and events.
From classical concerts to avant-garde theater productions, the Esplanade caters to a wide spectrum of artistic expressions.
Ownership of Esplanade Mansion in South Mumbai
Switching gears to another Esplanade, the Esplanade Mansion in South Mumbai is a historic building with a story of its own.
Owned by a consortium of investors, including Sadiq Ali Noorani and the bonafide tenants, this architectural gem has stood the test of time.
Constructed in 1910 by David Elias Ezra, the building houses over 140 tenants, each contributing to its rich tapestry of history.
