Antigua and Barbuda citizens used to enjoy visa-free to Canada until 2017 when the Canadian government had issues with its citizenship by investment program.

Antigua And Barbuda Visa-Free Canada
Citizens of Antigua and Barbuda used to travel to Canada visa-free until June 27, 2017, when Canada imposed a visa requirement on holders of Antigua and Barbuda passports. So since June 2017, citizens from Antigua and Barbuda need a visa to travel to Canada. Canadian authorities cited “the integrity of Antigua and Barbuda’s travel documents” resulting from its Citizenship by Investment Program to determine that Antigua and Barbuda no longer meet Canada’s criteria for a visa exemption.
