The Suriname Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan would have been the diplomatic representation of Suriname in Afghanistan. The embassy protects the interests of Suriname in Afghanistan, protects and provides support for Surinamers in Afghanistan, and issues visas to Afghans and legal residents of Afghanistan travelling to Suriname. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Surinamese Embassy in Afghanistan.
As the official representation of Suriname, the Surinamese Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It represents Suriname‘s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
