The Malta Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan would have been the diplomatic representation of Malta in Afghanistan. The embassy protects the interests of Malta in Afghanistan, protects and provides support for Maltese in Afghanistan, and issues visas to Afghans and legal residents of Afghanistan travelling to Malta. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Maltese Embassy in Afghanistan.
As the official representation of Malta, the Maltese Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It represents Malta‘s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
