Note: This post covers only the application process, not the requirements.

1. Visit the official Opportunity Card website at Chancenkarte.
2. On the navigation bar, click on “Application Assistant.”
3. Select your nationality.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the end.
5. Enter your name and email address.

A screen will appear showing the number of points you earned based on your responses. If you earned at least 6 points, you are eligible to proceed. Check your email for further instructions. Start gathering all your supporting documents and then put in your application. In case of Ghana, applications can not be made online. You can apply in person at the German Embassy in Accra.
