The embassy protects the interests of Estonia in Afghanistan, protects and provides support for Estonians in Afghanistan, and issues visas to Afghans and legal residents of Afghanistan travelling to Estonia. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Estonian Embassy in Afghanistan.
