The Cyprus Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan would have been the diplomatic representation of Cyprus in Afghanistan. The embassy protects the interests of Cyprus in Afghanistan, protects and provides support for Cypriots in Afghanistan, and issues visas to Afghans and legal residents of Afghanistan travelling to Cyprus. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Cypriot Embassy in Afghanistan.
As the official representation of Cyprus, the Cypriot Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It represents Cyprus‘s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
