The Embassy of Algeria in San José, Costa Rica would have been the diplomatic representation of Algeria in Costa Rica to protect the interests of Algeria in Costa Rica, protect and provide support for Algerians in Costa Rica, and issue visas to Costa Ricans and legal residents of Costa Rica travelling to Algeria. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Embassy of Algeria in Costa Rica.
As the official representation of Algeria, the Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It would have also represented Algeria’s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
