The Embassy of Afghanistan in Havana, Cuba would have been the diplomatic representation of Afghanistan in Cuba to protect the interests of Afghanistan in Cuba, protect and provide support for Afghans in Cuba, and issue visas to Cubans and legal residents of Cuba travelling to Afghanistan. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Embassy of Afghanistan in Cuba.
As the official representation of Afghanistan, the Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It would have also represented Afghanistan’s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
