The Embassy of Afghanistan in Yerevan, Armenia would have been the diplomatic representation of Afghanistan in Armenia to protect the interests of Afghanistan in Armenia, protect and provide support for Afghans in Armenia, and issue visas to Armenians and legal residents of Armenia travelling to Afghanistan. Unfortunately, there’s currently no Embassy of Afghanistan in Armenia.
As the official representation of Afghanistan, the Embassy would have covered all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It would have also represented Afghanistan’s interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
