Are you a highly motivated student from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) with exceptional academic achievements? If so, the Radboud Scholarship Programme offers you the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree in English at Radboud University in the Netherlands. This scholarship aims to reduce the financial burden for talented individuals who want to further their education.
The benefits of the Radboud Scholarship for students are substantial. The scholarship reduces tuition fees to €2,530, a significant decrease from the standard €17,000 for a Master’s degree at the university. Additionally, it also provides additional coverages such as study visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance through Aon Student Insurance in the Netherlands. However, it does not cover living and study expenses.
For the academic year 2024, non-EU international students attending Radboud University will be charged an annual tuition fee of €2,530, which is the standard statutory tuition fee set by the Dutch government. In addition to tuition fees, students should plan for living expenses, including accommodation, food, transportation, and academic materials, averaging around €800 per month.
The Radboud Scholarship Programme offers a total of 28 scholarships across various faculties for the academic year 2024/2025. This distribution includes scholarships across faculties such as the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Law, Nijmegen School of Management, Faculty of Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies, Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Social Sciences.
To be eligible for the scholarship, international students must meet specific criteria, such as holding a non-EU/non-EEA passport, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands, meeting the English language proficiency requirement for the chosen Master’s program, complying with Dutch visa regulations, and enrolling at Radboud University as a full-time student.
